Tell me a bit about yourself.

I’ve been in the dance and fitness industry for over 20 years instructing the most beautiful clients, from children right through to the elderly.

When I discovered Pilates I fell in love with it and needless to say, it was the next natural progression for me!

 

What do I love about Pilates?

That it is for everyone!

In a nutshell, I love how Pilates makes me feel physically, emotionally and mentally. You get a full body workout each time, one that shapes, strengthens and elongates the body.

 

What’s your passion/teaching style?

My style of teaching is full body and strength focused. Simple movements (because they work!) kept interesting with lots of layers, tempos and a prop or two.

 

What should I expect from your class?

A sense of feeling empowered and strong through movement and flow. A fun class that gives various options of each exercise to suit all levels, followed by a relaxing mindful stretch at the end of your class.

You’ll feel like you have archived something positive, you’ll walk away with a spring in your step!
